When to Book Your 2026 Date
A $300 deposit secures your date, with the balance due 3 weeks prior. How far ahead to book depends on the season:
Spring (March – May)
The busiest season for aerial ceremonies. Book 6–8 months ahead — Valley of Fire Helicopter and Grand Canyon dates fill first.
Summer (June – August)
The most flexible booking window of the year. Early-morning and after-dark flights keep the heat manageable, and dates often open up with 2–3 months notice.
Fall (September – November)
The second peak season, close behind spring. Plan on 6–8 months notice for Valley of Fire Helicopter and Grand Canyon dates.
Winter (December – February)
Mild temperatures and the most flight availability of the year — often bookable within 4–6 weeks.
